Emotional regulation-

Increase your understanding about the role of emotions, explore emotional myths and how they hijack our choice making, increase your ability to name the emotion in the body.   -3 weeks 

Interpersonal effectiveness-

Increase your communication skills, explore what motivates communication, and develop more confidence around establishing and maintaining boundaries. -3 weeks 

Distress tolerance-

Expand on your current coping skills, learn about the thinking distortions that can lead to increased anxiety, and explore more ways to reduce the intensity in the moment. -3 weeks
